Testosterone and its relation to Bodybuilding

Testosterone is the most potent natural androgen derived from cholesterol. It is synthesized mainly in the testes but also in small amounts in the adrenal cortex and ovary. Testosterone exerts its effect both by activating androgen receptors and by affecting specific estrogen receptors after conversion to estradiol. Its androgenic effects include the development and maintenance of male sex characteristics in fetal life and puberty and the maintenance of spermatogenesis. Anabolic steroids are synthetic derivatives of testosterone with nitrogen retention and positive protein metabolism; they cause increased protein synthesis and muscle mass. Testosterone is mainly used for replacement therapy in androgen deficiency seen in hypogonadism. Androgens are also used to treat gynecological diseases, anemia, osteoporosis, aging and delayed puberty in boys. Anabolic steroids are also used to improve athletic performance as they reduce body fat mass and increase muscle growth. Antiandrogens prevent or inhibit the biological effects of androgens. They are used as antineoplastics in prostate cancer and are indicated in the treatment of serious sexual disorders, such as paraphilia, which often occurs in men. They are also used in the treatment of prostate enlargement, acne, androgenetic alopecia and hirsutism.

What is a Total Testosterone Test?

A total testosterone test is a laboratory test to measure the total level of testosterone in the bloodstream. This test is used to determine hormonal balance in men and women and to provide information about sexual function, reproductive health and certain other health conditions.

Testosterone is found in the bloodstream in two forms, in free and bound form. The total testosterone test determines the total testosterone level by measuring both free and bound testosterone together. The results of the test are usually expressed in units of ng/dL (nanograms per deciliter) or nmol/L (nanomoles per liter).

What is the Differences between Testosterone Propionate and Cypionate

Test cyp and prop. are basically similar hormones. They have different half-lives. propionate has a faster half-life. it should be injected more frequently. You can start using testosterone propionate 2 times a week and then increase to once every day.

The amount a doctor will give you during the trt process will be a maximum of 200 mg per week.

Testosterone and Ketotifen

It is a drug that is consumed in demand by bodybuilders who use clenbuterol during so-called cutting periods. When clenbuterol binds to beta2 receptors and makes them unresponsive after 2 weeks of use, these receptors can be kept open against clenbuterol with 1mg ketotifen tablets taken at bedtime, so that uninterrupted 6-week clenbuterol courses can be continued without interruption.

the two products can be used together without any problems.
